I hope that this recipe blog will come in very useful to others as well as myself inshaAllah. Some of the recipes which I shall be including may not be Libyan recipes but are those which I have personally tried and tested.

But I am awaiting a long overdue article (LOL) on all the spices and the different mixes that we can make with them, and which spice goes with which dish....and maybe a nice article with pictures of your country. I have never been to Lybia so, i would like to see what it looks like......
